BathRichmond connects Richmond homeowners with independent, licensed local contractors. We are an information and referral service for homeowners in the Richmond, Virginia area. We explain bathroom remodeling options and connect you with independent, licensed, and insured professionals. By using bathrichmond.com or contacting us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Our Role and Independent Providers
BathRichmond is not a contractor. We do not carry out construction, plumbing, electrical, mold, or any other trade work ourselves. Every project is done by an independent business that has its own license, insurance, and contract with you.
- Providers are not our employees, agents, or partners.
- Before you hire anyone, check their license, insurance, and references. In Virginia you can look up a contractor’s license on the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) website.
- Price, schedule, materials, and warranty are agreed between you and the provider, and we are not a party to that agreement.
- We cannot promise the quality, safety, or timing of any provider’s work.
3. Estimates and Information
Costs, timelines, and tips on this website are general guidance. They are not quotes or guarantees. Real numbers depend on your bathroom, your materials, and the professional you choose. Nothing here should be taken as engineering, legal, or financial advice.
4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
We do not take payment for remodeling work. Any deposit, payment schedule, cancellation rule, or refund is set out in the contract between you and your chosen provider, so read it carefully before you sign.
5. Communications
When you send a request or call us, you agree that we and the providers connected with your request may contact you by phone, text, or email about your project, as explained in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time.
6. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent the law allows, BathRichmond is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, that come from using this website or from work done by any independent provider. If a claim against us is ever allowed, our total liability will not be more than one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
The website and everything on it is offered “as is” and “as available,” with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no promise that the site will always be available or free of errors. We also do not warrant any work performed by the providers you meet through us.
